I have a B.A. in History from Texas A&M University, a minor in English, and a Texas secondary teaching certificate in English and History.

I also bring more than 40 years of experience in commercial negotiations, contract review, business communication, and close reading of important written English. 

As a U.S.-born, U.S.-educated lifelong speaker of American English, I offer an American reader’s ear for wording that sounds natural, direct, credible, and clear.
